Delivery Time

Orders placed online on the www.sowoit.com site are considered every day from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

The order is dispatched the next working day following that on which it was placed, for products in stock and within 4 – 6 weeks for personalized products.

You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your package has been shipped. Visit My Account to check for the latest updates on the status of your order.

ATTENTION: It will no longer be possible to change the address once the package has been shipped. Please contact us at customerservice@sowoit.com for any further information.

Costs

Delivery is free in Portugal.

Please note that DHL delivery: delivery costs and times depend on the country where the package is delivered, they are estimated according to the delivery address provided.

Exceptions

Delivery to the following countries listed has been temporarily stopped for logistical reasons: Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Moldavia.

Delivery cannot be made to PO boxes or pack-ups.
